Not-so-spooky Haunted Tree House at Long Island Aquarium
Long Island Aquarium, Riverhead | Fridays and Saturdays in October, from 7 to 9 p.m. (weather dependent)
An after-dark immersive experience where kids ages 3 to 11 are invited to climb five levels of spooky fun, followed by pumpkin decorating, animal interactions, crafts, arcade games, and more. The cost is $25/person, with one parent free with a paid child.
Annual Greenport Village Halloween Parade and Celebration
Mitchell Park, Greenport | Saturday, Oct. 25 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (raindate Sunday, Oct. 26)
Village-wide trick-or-treating with allergy-safe stations, “Witches in the Window” scavenger hunt, and additional spooky activities. Halloween parade lineup at 10:30 a.m. at Floyd Memorial Library ends in Mitchell Park.
Harbes Orchard’s Spooky Night Maze
