These North Fork Family Meal Deals Make Weekday Dinner Easy

I know I’m not alone when I tell you that the question of “what’s for dinner?” is the last thing I feel like tackling at the end of a long day. And, with my patience (and time!) tank on E, dining out mid-week can feel overwhelming. To make things easy, these three North Fork businesses are offering mid-week family meal deals, and we are SO grateful!
Weekly Winter Family Dinner at Ammirati’s of Love Lane, Mattituck
“Nowadays, everyone is so busy with work, and if you have kids, we are trying to provide an affordable, easy option for dinner,” shared Greg Ammirati, owner of Ammirati’s of Love Lane. “My wife and I both work and have two young kids, and we know how hard it is to have a family dinner — whether it’s time or money, it’s tough.
With that in mind, Greg created Ammirati’s newest offering: the Weekly Winter Family Dinner, available Monday through Friday throughout the winter.
Each week, Ammirati’s will offer a new menu designed to feed four to six people for $69.99. Some upcoming menus may include: fried chicken and ribs, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, turkey, stuffing, and potatoes, pastas, chicken franchese, and sausage and peppers, plus sides like salads and bread.

Family Meals To Go at Lucharitos, All Locations (Greenport and Aquebogue, North Fork)
At Lucharitos, Family Meals offers three options for families on the go.
Offered Monday through Friday, choose between the Taco Dinner for 4 for $39.99, Tacos & Burritos for 5 for $49.99, and Lucha Fam Dinner for 6 for $59.99. Each meal includes chips and dip or nachos, entrees, and churro fries for dessert.
“We are an active family,” shared Marc LaMaina, founder of Lucharitos. “We have practices and games at least three times a week, and mom and dad are on the go with work, too. So being about to call in and say, ‘Hey, I need the family bundle for five,’ is perfect. I know we aren’t alone in how busy we are; it helps take some of the guesswork out of the day.”

Winter Thursdays are Family Empanada Days at Goodfood, Mattituck
Goodfood.’s annual special is back! Family Empanada Days, offered on Thursdays through winter, features two options to feed your crew.
Option 1 includes one dozen assorted empanadas, one quart of seasonal soup, your choice of two vegetarian one-pint sides, and chimichurri sauce for $59.00 + tax.
Option 2 features buy any one dozen empanadas at full price and get a second dozen of equal or lesser value at half price. Also includes chimichurri sauce. From $67.50 + tax to $82.50 + tax.
