Have you ever wondered how you could make butter? Learn all about the Chemistry of Butter Churning and take part in a butter-concocting experiment to see which of our two methods produces the best butter at this interactive workshop.

Science Saturday Workshop prices ($20 per student) include the workshop and museum admission for the participating student. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must purchase admission upon entry ($15 per person). This is not a drop-off program, an adult must be present at all times. Science Saturdays are free for members. Enroll here.
