Bring your little ones out for a morning of movement, farm air, and colorful flowers !!
We’re so excited to host our first-ever ‘Kids yoga & you-pick flowers’ class! We’ll kick off with 45 minutes of playful kids yoga, movement games, and fun breathing exercises, followed by a guided garden tour where each child gets to pick their very own fresh bouquet to take home.
Your kids will be in great hands- co-taught by Jackie(certified yoga instructor) and Olivia (NYS-certified elementary school teacher)!
