Cap off your summer during the sweetest harvest on Long Island! Join for Harbes’ Annual Watermelon Festival on Saturday, August 22 & Sunday, August 23, from 9 am-7 pm. There will be plenty of watermelon to snack on and lots of fun, too!
Don’t miss the Watermelon Eating Contests! They will be held in the Barnyard Adventure at 2:30 pm & 4:30 pm on both Saturday & Sunday. First come, first served. Participation limited. Must purchase Barnyard admission to participate.
There’ll be FREE LIVE MUSIC in the courtyard/picnic area both days from 1-5 pm.
While you’re there, you can visit Harbes Barnyard Adventure for hours of family fun! Harbes Barnyard Adventure is an 8-acre, family-friendly experience for all ages. The Barnyard admission includes a Musical Hayride tour of our 100-acre farm and our famous pig races. There are also farm animals, our very popular “Jumbo Jumpers” bounce pillows, a Sports Zone with baseball, football, and basketball tossing games, “Lil’ Farmers PlayLand” filled with lots of fun activities for preschoolers, a trike track, obstacle course, hedge maze, our musical animatronic chicken show, and much more.
