Sang Lee Farm’s Community Meet-Up is imagined for families of up to five people. This community gathering is especially geared toward families who want their younger (or older!) children to experience the organic farm. They invite you and your imaginative and curious children to join our youth educators, Trish and Cara, for a stroll amongst the farm fields, greenhouses, and orchard.
This is a perfect late afternoon activity for you and your children to experience the tastes, smells, sounds, and feel of the certified organic farm in a whole new way. They will explore the practice of growing food while having fun outdoors, interacting with nature, and getting crafty, all alongside you.
Come ready to cultivate a sense of togetherness in bringing our North Fork community (and beyond!) together for some farm fun. This meet-up will include an adventure through the fields and greenhouses, learning about and experiencing the fruiting crops, bee hives, and tractors. Attendees will also smell, taste, and forage for whatever is abundant. In addition, families will enjoy crudité while taking part in a joint art project. Experience the farm up close!
